Revvio Workshop Management

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Who we are

Revvio is a workshop management application provided by Diggit Software Solutions Co. LLC, 807 Ubora Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). It is supplied to automotive workshops and showrooms for managing their service operations.

2. Two kinds of people this policy covers

Revvio handles information about two distinct groups, and our role differs for each.

Workshop staff — the people who log into and use the app. We provide their accounts and hold their login details.

Workshop customers — vehicle owners whose details are entered into Revvio by workshop staff. For this information, the workshop is the data controller and we act as its data processor. We process that data on the workshop's instructions in order to provide the service. If you are a customer of a workshop that uses Revvio and want your information accessed, corrected or deleted, contact that workshop directly; we will assist them in carrying it out.

3. Information we collect

Staff account information

Name, email address, assigned role, and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form.

Customer information entered by workshop staff

Name, phone number, email address, physical address, date of birth, driving licence number, and — for business customers — company name and tax identification number.

Vehicle information

Registration plate, VIN, make, model, year, colour and mileage.

Content created in the app

Photographs of vehicles taken with the device camera or chosen from its photo library; customer signatures captured on screen to authorise quoted work; mechanic diagnosis notes and job checklists.

Operational records

Quotations, job orders, invoices, payments, and workshop expense records.

4. What we do not do

We consider these commitments part of the product:

Data entered into Revvio travels from the device to our own server and nowhere else.

5. How we use the information

Solely to operate the service: authenticating staff, recording customers and vehicles, producing quotations and invoices, tracking job progress, capturing approvals, and reporting a workshop's own revenue and expenses. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases. For staff accounts and provision of the service: performance of a contract. For securing the service, preventing misuse and maintaining business records: our legitimate interests, balanced against the rights of the individuals concerned. For retaining invoices and financial records: compliance with a legal obligation. Where we act as a processor on a workshop's behalf, the workshop is responsible for establishing the legal basis for its own processing.

7. Storage and security

Information is stored in a private database on dedicated server infrastructure operated by us. It is not hosted on a shared or public cloud database.

Protective measures include encrypted HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, password hashing using bcrypt, authentication tokens that expire, role-based access limiting what each staff member can see, and strict separation between workshops so that no workshop can access another's records.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Disclosure

We disclose personal information only where legally required — to comply with a valid legal obligation, court order or lawful request from a public authority, or to establish or defend legal claims. We otherwise do not disclose it to any third party.

9. Retention

While a workshop maintains an active account, we retain its information for as long as the account remains open, because service history, invoices and approvals are business records the workshop relies on day to day.

When a workshop ends its agreement, its data is deleted within 3 days, except where a longer period is required by law. In particular, tax and accounting legislation in the United Arab Emirates requires invoices and related financial records to be retained for several years; those records are kept for the legally mandated period and deleted once it expires.

We recommend that any workshop ending its agreement exports the records it needs before closing its account, as the deletion window is short and deletion cannot be reversed.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information held about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, and receive a copy in a portable format.

Workshop staff should contact us at info@diggitglobal.com. Workshop customers should contact the workshop that holds their record, as described in section 2. We respond within 30 days. See also our data deletion page.

If you are in the United Kingdom you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the European Economic Area you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. We would ask you to raise the matter with us first so that we can try to resolve it.

11. Accounts

Revvio has no public sign-up. Accounts are created only by a workshop's own administrator, who can also deactivate them and reset passwords. To have your staff account removed, ask your workshop administrator or contact us at info@diggitglobal.com.

12. Children

Revvio is a business tool intended for use by workshop employees. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to workshops directly.
