Data Deletion

If you are workshop staff

Your account was created for you by an administrator at the workshop you work for. You have two routes:

• Ask your workshop administrator. They can deactivate your account from within the app immediately, which ends your access.
• Email us at info@diggitglobal.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request with the workshop and action it.

What is deleted: your name, email address, role and login credentials.

What is retained: work you recorded — job orders, diagnosis notes, quotations and invoices — remains with the workshop. Those are its business records and, in the case of invoices, records it is legally required to keep. Where possible they are dissociated from your personal details.

If you are a customer of a workshop

If a workshop entered your details into Revvio when servicing your vehicle, that workshop controls your information and we process it on their behalf.

Contact the workshop directly. They can delete your record from within the app. If they need assistance, they can reach us and we will carry it out for them.

If you are unable to reach the workshop, email us at info@diggitglobal.com with the workshop's name and we will pass the request on and follow up.

If you are a workshop closing your account

Email info@diggitglobal.com from an administrator address. Your workshop's data — customers, vehicles, job history, quotations and invoices — is deleted within 3 days of the agreement ending.

Export anything you need first. The deletion window is short and deletion cannot be reversed. Invoices and related financial records are held for the period required by UAE tax law and deleted once it expires.
